Inspired by Maggie O' Farrell's best selling novel "The Marriage Portriat," set in 16th century Italy,  I created a mood board using a combination of historical imagery from the appropriate time period, and modern fashion influences.

This concept shows my ability to research period fashion, create a dramatic mood board and colour story for film adaptation that is both historically based but appealing to the modern eye, and translate these into functional development briefs and technical designs.
